Boise Voice Xtravaganza (formerly Boise Queer Idol) is an amateur singing competition produced and sponsored by Common Ground Community Chorus each year during Pride week. It is intended to celebrate the LGBT community and its many supporters.

Leanne Borghesi was named the 2011 Queer Idol Xtravaganza winner! Leanne rocked the park during the Boise Pride Festival. Congratulations also go out to our other finalists, Lisa Peveira, Brianne Gregory, Jessica Peoples and Eric Berg! Everyone did a spectacular job

As in previous contests 20 contestants will be performing for the audience and our Celebrity Judges. Five Finalists will be selected and move on to Saturday’s Boise Pride Festival. Remember it is first come, first served. Be sure to be early to ensure your slot! Please be sure to review the contestant rules.

The Boise Voice Xtravaganza competition is Thursday, June 14th and the finals are Saturday, June 16th.

This year's Boise Voice Xtravaganze Raffle will feature two roundtrip tickets on Delta Airlines along with several other prizes. Tickets can be purchased at the event and at the Common Ground Community Chorus booth at the Pride Festival.
